What are Sunbrella fabrics and why should I choose them?

Sunbrella is the industry-leading outdoor fabric known for its exceptional UV resistance, water repellency, and durability. Our furniture is available with hundreds of Sunbrella fabric options in a range of colors and patterns. Sunbrella fabrics resist fading, mold, and mildew, making them ideal for outdoor use in North Carolina’s humid climate.

Can I visit your showroom before purchasing?

Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our showroom at 2438 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28203 to see and feel our furniture in person. We’re open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes, we offer delivery throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding regions. Our team can deliver your furniture directly to your home and help with placement so your new patio set is ready to enjoy right away. Contact us at (704) 274-3222 to discuss delivery options for your order.

How do I care for and maintain my outdoor furniture?

Routine care depends on the material. Wicker furniture can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Aluminum frames just need an occasional wipe down. Poly lumber is virtually maintenance-free — it won’t rot, crack, or splinter. For Sunbrella cushions, simply brush off loose dirt and clean with a mild soap solution. We’re always happy to provide specific care instructions for the pieces you purchase.

Do you service and repair outdoor furniture?

Yes! Unlike most retailers, we service our products because we manufacture them. Whether you need replacement slings, new cushions, frame repairs, or powder coating touch-ups, our team can help keep your furniture looking and performing like new for years to come.
